What to add up
- The base subscription (monthly or yearly).
- The fee for each extra branch.
- The fee for each extra user or device.

Hardware
If the system prints straight to standard thermal printers over the network, you buy ordinary hardware locally at a fair price; if it forces locked-in hardware, costs rise and maintenance gets harder. RAWA runs on Windows, Android and the browser.
The cost of time
Also count the time to train a new cashier and how often you call support in the first week. An Arabic system with self-activation saves days compared with one that needs a technician visit.
